You're everything good.

Truthfully, what do you think of yourself? If anything less than "good" arises, be courage to acknowledge and accept it. Lean into negative self-talk and challenge yourself to reframe them. For example, "I am bad" can be reframed to "I've done some undesirable things and am open to foregving myself." Reframing negative self-talk may help to alleviate stress and increase self-esteem and confidence.
