You don't have to heal alone.

Trauma typically develops from a time where there were unmet needs and lack of emotional support. You may have felt alone and unsure of how to cope. Its human nature to adapt to adversities, even if those adaption skills are unhealthy. Healing is hard and may be less challenging with support. What do you need now that you didn't have while you went through your trauma? It's never too late to heal.
