Take time to just be.

We're always going and doing instead of just being. Being still, quiet, a living in the moment can help to keep you grounded and calm. Regain you power by increase your awareness of your body.

Basic Deep Breathing Exercise

1. Find a comfortable space to sit or lay down.

2. Close your eyes or lower your gaze.

3. Breath in through your nose and release with a open mouth sigh.

4. Repeat for at least 3 breathes or until you notice calmness.
