Reframe your mindset.

Our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Imagine a triangle with thoughts, feelings and behaviors being at each angle. One affects another and often our thoughts can control our feelings and behaviors. Negative thoughts may cause distress.

How to reframe your mindset? Be aware of how you feel and behave based upon negative thinking. Intentionally, consider changing those negative thoughts to realistic positive thoughts.
