Let it go.

May sound cliche but let it go! Consider what's preventing you from going to that next level. Fear? Shame? Awareness brings choice and we can decide how to react to our barriers. Letting go can look like forgiveness of self or others. Letting go can be choosing to not sit in pain and move on. What's do you need in order to let it go?
