It's ok to be scared.

Fear can be debilitating and make you stop in your tracks. In other words, fear can stop you from reaching that next milestone. Fear is normal and can be an advisor. What do you need in order to combat your fears? Fear wants to protect you so much that it makes you do nothing. You can't reach your next milestone by doing nothing, carry fear with you to the finish line.
