Fear is an advisor.

How do you respond to fear? Do you fight, flight, or freeze? Fear is a innate response to a perceived or real danger. Fear advises us what we need in order to feel safe. It's ok to be fearful. Carry your fear as motivation to determine your safety needs. Fear often wants to freeze us up and not seek safety. Listen to fear and allow it to advise you.
