Fear is an advisor.

Ironically, fear protects you from your pain, disappointment, anxiety, etc. However, it does so in a way that causes you more distress such as feeling stagnant and crippled with fear. What is fear protecting you from? You have the power to control how fear protects you. Discover new ways of managing intense emotions by giving compassion and grace to fear for trying to protect you.
