Fear is a motivator.
Coincidently, fear always shows up and wants us to do something or maybe not do anything at all. It triggers the body's natural response to threat by fight, flight, freeze or fawn. How does your body respond to fear? Fear influences our behavior but only have as much power as we give it. How react to fear may influence how much control it has over you.
