Don't overburden yourself.
At times, we get into autopilot mode and are unaware of overfunctioning. We're not robots, we are not build to function past exhaustion. Give yourself permission to pace yourself, take a break and even ask for help. Overburdening leads to increased stress, anxiety and even depression. What point are you trying to prove? It's ok, you're still competent and strong when you don't overburden yourself.
