You're in control of your own safety.

Ever walked into a room and feel "off", uncomfortable or just get a bad vibe. Our sense of safety may feel triggered. We often want others to make us feel safe but you have control of your sense of safety. Listen to your body and ask yourself what you need to feel safe. Supply your needs but using resources. For example, lighting candle creates a sense of calm and may make you feel safe.
