Welcome your body as is.

From an early age, you're socialize to have negative beliefs about your body if it doesn't match the "status quo" Overtime, it becomes very difficult to value your body flaws and all. Eliminate society's idea of your body by noticing your favorite features. Practice the following self-love exercise to accept your body as is.

Stand in front a mirror and get as naked as you're comfortable with. Start at the top of your head then work your way down to your toe nails and name what you like about your body. Allow no judgement to come, just notice and acknowledged your body's uniqueness.
