Relinquish control.
Giving up control is difficult, however, trying to control every aspect of your life may also be difficult. Realistically, we can't control everything. Control is driven by fear and wants predictability in order to not exist in the unknown. There's strength in lack of control. Being willing to accept things as is without trying to control the outcome demonstrates courage.
