Live in the moment.

We're often consumed with social media, television, video games, or even anxiety that we lose the essence of the present moment. 

Time passes us by and we may miss opportunities for growth and healing. We can regain our power by being aware of ourselves in the moment. It starts by grounding yourself and  tuning your attention to the breath. Try living in the moment even its just for 10 seconds.
