It’s ok to be out of control.

How does it feel to not be in control? It’s often uncomfortable, scary and debilitating. Being out of control involved existing with uncertainty. It’s like walking down a dark hallway without a flashlight to help light the path ahead, we don’t know what’s to come. Existing in darkness and with uncertainty creates opportunities to trust yourself. Trust yourself to keep going without control may help to build confidence.
