Be consistent

As cliché as it may sound, "Consistency is key." It applies to every aspect of life and warrants self-discipline and progression. Whether that's being consistent with an exercise regimen or as simple as setting a bedtime alarm, determine what consistency looks like for you. Consistency starts with determining a goal and steps to achieve that goal. With consistency, true results are birthed.
