Don't let fear deprive you.

Fear can often serve the purpose of saving us from danger but it can also deprive us from achieving goals. Fear is intangible but packs so much power to cause us to avoid and deflect from our problems or achieving a goal.

How to confront your fears? Recognize how avoiding your fears are depriving us from a healthy lifestyle. Also, have courage to change our lifestyle and actively work towards defeating those fears.
